General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my surgical and clinical experience, the semen analysis is not having normal physiology parameters as needed and needs detailed further case evaluation so far as fertility point of view is concerned. The 45 % non motile and abnormality in head and tail indicates possible issue with sperm production and quality control at testis level which includes seminiferous ductules and hormones as well. In my clinic, I do recommend a panel of hormones as testosterone, Leutinizing hormone, FSH and testicular biopsy to find out the in depth tissue micro details and further care accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
